Aqualung: Memory Man
Neiles Life: Sloan Dilemma & Aqualung..Don`t Hold Your Breath: "Also I gave the new Aqualung a try today..." The new album Memory Man is scheduled for a North America release on Columbia Records in March 2007.

Cloud Cult: The Meaning of 8
stereogum: New Cloud Cult - "Chemicals Collide": "We've got a thing for Cloud Cult. A BIG thing." i guess i'm floating: The Meaning Of 8: "Most of the songs on The Meaning Of 8 can be best described as heavily emotional, indie-pop songs..." The album will be available for preorder from Cloud Cult's website in February. This seems to be a must!

The Daily Growl: Frightened Rabbit: "I guess that sounds like I’m damning them with faint praise, but I can’t be bothered doing the whole “they sound like X band” thing today." O.K., here is my turn - this is what I like to hear in their sound - a mixture of Stokes and Centro-matics.

Mezzanine Owls: Slingshot Echoes
Obscure Sound - Indie Music Blog � Mezzanine Owls: "They enlisted the help of producer Andy LeMaster, who found promise in the young band and agreed to produce their debut album, Slingshot Echoes, in his own studio in Athens, Georgia. LeMaster's previous production work includes the likes of Bright Eyes, Azure Ray, and Now It's Overheard."

The View’s debut album, Hats Off to the Buskers ...
Obscure Sound - Indie Music Blog � The View is nice with their heads above the clouds: "With virtually every radio station in Europe playing The View nonstop, it's not hard to see why they are arguably the most popular newcomers of 2007, but the common question still repeats itself: does popularity equal quality and talent?"
Only one week to the official release of Clap Your Hands Say Yeah:
"If this is any indication to where Clap Your Hands Say Yeah wants to take their sound, I'm all for it. Here's one of the best songs they've ever created ..." continue at i guess i'm floating: Goodbye To The Mother & The Cover.
"The exciting thing about the new album is that although it's once again self-released, they put a lot more money into the production, hiring Dave Fridmann (Mercury Rev, Flaming Lips, Sparklehorse, Sleater-Kinney) as producer.
